Wouldn’t check if the bar was full, the hostess was laughing with the other hostess and didn’t talk to me, had her feet up on the seats to sit. Were visibly annoyed that I asked if there was room at the bar- when it was full and I came back she still had her feet on the customer chairs and told me it would be a twenty minute wait for me to sit down alone. Never got up from kneeling on the customer chairs and didn’t even fully turn around to address me she just turned and spoke to me over her back

Some places just aren't for EVERYONE. We were out of our comfort zone because we attended a youth football game in Elgin. We did not know where to eat and our nephew suggested this place. We were a party of 5. We weren't greeted with smiles upon entry, which was the first sign. I'm glad they didn't know I was there to do a review so I could see their true colors. Our party was sat DIRECTLY next to a pool table. A ball flew off the pool table and under ours while we were eating. Patrons kept disturbing our meal trying to get their best shot and putting the sticks all in our son's face. Poor table arrangement. Now, to the food. We should have just stayed hungry. It was less than impressionable, more for teens or people who lack taste buds. The wings were not seasoned and tasted frozen. I love salad but the caesar salad was not good. The crinkle fries and shrimp were edible. The ribs looked more like a McRib than a 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. "The Don" pizza was unseasoned as well. The server was nice and accommodating, as was the manager who apologized for the pool table being open. He comped our bill for the inconvenience and the nasty wings, but then he comes to the table to say,

This place is a great spot for good, affordable food. All the food (chicken wings, pasta, and pizza) that we ordered tonight are honestly bomb, especially for the price. The real winner is their half-off chicken wings on Thursdays — definitely worth coming in for. The wings are flavorful and a great deal. Service was great too. Our server was a lady who was really friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a solid neighborhood spot if you’re looking for tasty food without spending a lot.

Well this is funny, didn't realize I came here years ago and never got seated! lol I finally did. Anyways service was great, food was really good and so were the martinis. The pretzel should come with a warning. It's a JUMBO pretzel. It was really really good. Loved the pizza, very tasty. Will definitely come back! It gets jam packed in there. The decor is awesome and the bathrooms are really pretty.

Edit: 10/21/25 OMG have the pot roast sandwich! HAVE IT! So tender, not overly salty which is good! Served with onions and or mushrooms on their garlic bread, and mozzarella, braised in a nice gravy/sauce. Exemplary conversation and service from Sara. Always nice to have input on their delicious menu items. I haven't had a bad meal or appetizer yet. So good! I recommend the potroast sliders too! Edit: 2/4/25 FANTASTIC Chicago style pizza. Returned later after pizza carry out. Ordered the Bruscetta to go. WHERE'S THE CHEESE? I'm not a fan. Doesn't Bruschetta normally have fresh mozzarella? C'mon, guys, ya dropped the ball on this one. Edit: Had the chicken parm on my second visit. Great place to meet girlfriends for lunch. Excellent service. Seems like a fun place. It was hoppin! I am extremely happy with the service. Loud but to be expected with the warehouse acoustics, so no big deal. Ordered carry out pizza, arrived early, and was able to sit at the vast bar until my order was ready. There is plenty of bar seating and high tables to accommodate many. Nice variety of food options from pasta to chicken parm. Highly recommend. CLEAN front of the house which tells me they're met
